Reservations:
Reservations may be made by the purchaser in writing by sending their travel dates request via email to the email address printed on the bottom of this page or by contacting our customer service phone number located below.
We ask that all requests are made at least sixty (60) days prior to requested arrival dates if wanting to travel during holidays or peak season including but not limited to Summer, Spring Break, Thanksgiving week, Christmas, etc. or thirty (30) days notice for off season travel requests.
Requests not received at least thirty (30) days prior to travel, may be subject to a $30.00 booking fee if purchaser’s desired dates are available.
Reservation Changes:
Should the purchaser wish to change the reservation date, Getaway Promotions must receive a written request via email, or through the GetawayPromotions.com contact us tool with a minimum of five (5) days prior to the confirmed initial arrival date.
The first change made to reservations is free of any fees; however, any subsequent changes will be subject to a $30.00 Change Request Fee. All reservations and change of dates are subject to availability. Confirmation letters for accepted requests will be sent to the purchaser via email.
Eligibility:
To receive the promotional savings, the purchaser must attend and complete with their spouse/partner (unless single woman) a 90-minute orientation at the host resort during the selected dates of the stay.
Both parties must be at least the qualifying age required by each resort, legally married, or co-habituating in the same residence. This promotion is also valid for single women 28 years and older. It is necessary to show at the time of registration in the hotel / resort a document (eg: telephone bill, electricity, water, car, etc.) as proof that the couple lives in the same residence.
There is no obligation to purchase anything during the orientation. This promotion is a one-time offer for each purchaser and has the following restrictions: Only one package per household, maximum occupancy is determined by travel location and room size, must be of minimum required age, have a $50,000 household annual income, and own a major credit card.
Not valid for groups of two or more couples traveling at the same time and the purchaser cannot have traveled to the host resort within the last 12 months.
Not included:
Any items not listed on the promotion, including but not limited to: Airfare, transportation, hotel taxes, resort fees (approx. $15-25 per day, may vary among host resorts), meals (unless an all-inclusive resort), roll-a-way beds, phone usage, incidental charges, and/or any other items of personal nature. These items are not included in this offer and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Taxes:
Florida/County tax and room / tourist tax is currently 10-15%; this may change without notice and actual taxes depend on time and location of stay and the current laws of the jurisdiction of travel location. This tax is to be paid by the purchaser (traveler) to the host resort or hotel at the time of check-in.
Extensions:
Extended stays by the user of this promotion may be possible depending on availability of the hotel/resort at the prevailing rate and location of travel.
Rates depend on the time of year, availability, and type of accommodations.
Stays may normally be no longer than seven (7) nights for hotel accommodations and no longer than four (4) nights in condo accommodations.
Transfer:
This promotion cannot be resold, bartered, or redeemed for cash by the purchaser. All Federal, State and Local laws apply.
This promotion is transferable to another qualifying person(s). To transfer a package, Getaway Promotions must receive a transfer notice in writing via email by both parties involved, as well as new contact information for the new qualifying traveler. Promotions must be transferred in their entirety and are subject to a $30 transfer fee.
Liability:
The promotion also accepts no responsibility for any verbal claims or representations other than those specified in this contract. If acceptable by the purchaser, Getaway Promotions reserves the rights to substitute equivalent accommodations or locations if those stipulated in the promotion are no longer available for any reason.
*If married or co-habituating, both spouses /cohabitants must attend the presentation together.
Necessary Documentation:
Participants of this vacation package must show two (2) forms of ID before the preview. The two (2) forms of identification must be a valid driver’s license or passport and a Credit Card with Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express logo. Debit cards are not accepted.
Gifts and Premiums:
Please note that gifts included in your offer (if applicable); attraction tickets, gift cards, additional premiums, or any promotional gift, can only be issued after a full completion of the tour presentation. *No gifts nor premiums may be given if you do not follow the participation requirements.
Non-Compliance Tour:
*If both parties registered in the reservation (married or co-habituating) do not attend and complete the required showcase tour provided by the host hotel/resort, the promotional discount will not be applied and the purchaser(s) is responsible for the full regular price of their stay or a Non-Tour fee of up to $900.00.
Late Arrivals:
*If travelers are checking into the hotel/resort after 9:00 pm on their scheduled arrival date, they must contact the host hotel/resort to notify their expected arrival time via phone call. If a registered traveler fails to notify the hotel/resort, the reservation might be cancelled and no refunds will be granted by Getaway Promotions.
Central Florida Residents
* Central Florida residents are not eligible for Orlando promotions, however, Central Florida residents can attend showcase tours in the hotel/resort if they meet the qualifications.
Expiration:
Travel must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase. If package is not used within the 12 moths from purchase date, a 6 month's extension can be purchased for a $39.00 extension fee.
Privacy Policy
Information that is gathered from visitors in common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the
visitors IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitors email and an username will be stored on the server.
How the Information is used:
The information is used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising.
E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.
E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.
